Shipping Delays

We would like to inform our amazing customers about potential postal delays due to the impacts of Tropical Cyclone Alfred on our warehouse location on the Sunshine Coast.

As of Thursday 6th March 2025, all postal services have been temporarily suspended in the affected areas. If you have received a dispatch notification email, please note that your order has been packed, but it will not be collected until postal services resume. We expect services to return to normal on Monday, 10th March 2025.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this extreme weather event. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated with any further delays as it develops.
